What Payavex provides
Payavex provides the crypto checkout for stores operated by ByteOSoft. It creates an invoice, shows an amount and an address, watches the network for the transfer and reports the result to the store.
What it is not
Payavex is not an exchange, a wallet, a custodian or a money transmission service for third parties. It holds no customer balance and does not move funds on your instruction. It does not sell what you are buying.
Your order is with the store
The contract for what you bought is between you and the store. Delivery, product terms, cancellations and refunds are the store’s, under its own policy. A confirmed payment does not by itself complete an order.
Paying correctly
You are responsible for sending the coin shown, on the network shown, in the amount shown, to the address shown, before the quote expires, including any tag or memo the checkout asks for.
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. A transfer sent on the wrong network, to a different address, or in a different amount may be unrecoverable. We will investigate what happened where we can, but we cannot promise recovery, and we do not guarantee it in advance.
Quotes and timing
A crypto amount is quoted for a limited window. After it expires the amount is no longer valid and a new payment should be started. Payments that arrive late or short are held and reviewed by hand rather than completed automatically.
Availability
We do not offer a service-level guarantee. Networks can be congested or temporarily unavailable, and assets can be disabled at short notice. Current availability is always what the checkout shows.
Acceptable use
Do not use the checkout to test attacks, to script fake orders, or for any unlawful purpose. Access can be withdrawn.
