How can we help?

Answers for payments made through the Payavex checkout.

Making a payment

How do I pay with crypto?

When you reach payment at the store, the Payavex checkout opens with your order amount already filled in. Choose a coin, then the network you will send from. The checkout then shows an exact crypto amount, a receiving address and a QR code.

Send that exact amount to that address from your own wallet, and leave the page open while it confirms.

Can I use any wallet?

Yes — any wallet that can send the coin you chose on the network you chose. Payavex does not connect to your wallet and does not need one installed. You copy the address or scan the QR, and send from wherever your funds are.

The QR code will not scan.

Use the copy buttons instead. Copy the address, paste it into your wallet, then copy the amount and paste that too. The result is identical to scanning.

Check the network you have selected in the wallet before you send.

Do I pay a fee to Payavex?

The amount the checkout shows is the amount your order needs. Your own wallet or exchange may charge a network fee on top of it — that fee is theirs, not ours, and it must not be taken out of the amount being sent. If your wallet deducts its fee from the amount, raise the amount so the exact figure arrives.

Payment status

What do the statuses mean?

Awaiting payment — nothing has arrived yet. Confirming — your transfer was seen and is collecting confirmations. Paid — confirmed; the store has been told. Expired — the quote window passed with nothing received. Underpaid — less arrived than the order needed. Late — it arrived after the quote expired.

I sent a payment. What happens next?

Payavex watches the network for your transfer. Once it appears, the status moves to confirming and the page shows progress. When enough confirmations are in, the status becomes paid and the store is notified.

You can close the page after you have sent — the payment is tracked either way — but leaving it open lets you watch it complete.

My payment is still confirming.

Confirmation speed is set by the network, not by Payavex. A busy network or a low fee both slow it down. As long as the status says confirming, your transfer has been seen and is being counted.

If it has been unusually long, send us the transaction hash and we will look at it directly.

It says paid but my order has not arrived.

Those are two separate events. Paid means your money confirmed on the network and the store was notified. Fulfilling the order is then up to the store.

Contact the store with your order reference. If you need to prove the payment, the checkout page shows the transaction and its status.

Coins and networks

I used a different network.

A token exists separately on each network. If the checkout asked for one network and you sent on another, your transfer arrived somewhere the invoice is not watching.

Do not send again before contacting us. Send the transaction hash, the network you used and your order reference. We will tell you what can be done — recovery is not possible in every case, and we will not promise it in advance.

Which network should I pick?

Pick whichever one you already hold the coin on. If you have a choice, the fee and the speed differ per network — your wallet will show its own fee before you confirm.

The one rule that matters: the network in the checkout and the network in your wallet have to be the same.

What is a tag or memo?

A few networks route to a shared address and use a tag or memo to tell payments apart. Where one is needed, the checkout shows it next to the address.

A transfer sent without it cannot be matched automatically. If you have already sent one, send us the transaction hash.

My coin is not on the list.

The checkout only offers assets that are enabled and actively watched. If a coin is missing, it is either not supported or temporarily unavailable. See the current list.

An order below an asset’s minimum value will also hide that asset for that order.

Order support

How do I contact my store?

Use the order confirmation email or the account page on the store you bought from. They hold your order; we only hold the payment.

Can Payavex refund me?

No. Payavex does not hold your order and does not issue refunds on a store’s behalf. Refunds are the store’s decision under its own policy.

If the payment itself went wrong — wrong network, underpaid, sent late — that is ours, and we will look into it.

What should I send when I ask for help?

Your order reference, the store you bought from, the invoice ID from the checkout page if you have it, and the transaction hash of your transfer. With the hash we can find the payment on-chain even if it never reached the invoice.

Will you ever ask for my wallet keys?

Never. Payavex will not ask for a seed phrase, a recovery phrase or a private key, and nothing about paying an invoice requires them. Anyone asking for them — by email, chat or any other route — is not us.

Still need help with a payment?

Send the order reference and the transaction hash and we will trace it.
